You can use this option to get your build for an event in the case that you missed. Note that this only applies to games that have run under the 3.0 rule set, so October 2019 would be the furthest back you could go. As with all Advanced Membership applications, if you buy back a missed game and had the AM at the time, you will get build for all three character slots.
